BMW F800S For Sale
BMW F800S motorbike for sale near Eastbourne, United Kingdom.
After almost three years of ownership, I'm putting my gorgeous bike up for sale. I was hoping to not be one of those new dads that gives up his bike in preparation for the arrival of a baby - but sadly this is not to be.
Price: £3,990.00 Specs: Read on...

I love this bike. It was purchased to explore Europe, and to also commute from Brighton to Eastbourne for work.
However, the imminent arrival of a new baby has meant moving to Eastbourne and therefore the bike is now underused and must find a new home.
- Purchased from new: May 2008
- One owner (me)
- 12,500 miles (approx - will confirm if needed)
- Full BMW Service History
- It's less than three years old, so doesn't need an MOT yet. Before I sell it, I'll make sure its got the full 12 months of MOT as well a service
- Excellent condition, has never been dropped, etc
- About as high-spec as I could get - all I'd recommend to be essentials:
- Heated Grips (why would anyone ride a bike without these???)
- ABS Front and Rear Brakes
- Onboard Computer - Fuel consumption, trip computer, etc
- Tyre Pressure Sensors
- Alarm inc Remote Control
- BMW Panniers & Top Box fitted by BMW - The full luggage kit (locks matched to ignition key)
- Better tyres than the stock ones - makes all the difference in corners
- Will also include some accessories:
- Buffalo Tank Bag
- Spare Tyre with hardly used tread (puncture needs volcanising)
- Cover
If you've researched this bike, you'll probably know about the low-maintanence belt drive which only needs replacing every 24,000 miles / 4 years. I've already had this changed at approx 10,000 miles which will save you about £250.
This bike has been very reliable and has always started well. Had a faulty top-box in first few months which has been replaced. The new one has stayed put for 10,000 miles now. The tyre pressure sensors are totally awesome - never been stranded by the roadside with a puncture like with my old Honda!
